1. Design & Engineering Analysis

DFM (Design for Manufacturability) Review: Engineers evaluate design files for manufacturability.
Material and Surface Treatment Selection: Based on usage environment (indoor/outdoor), corrosion resistance requirements, and budget, we recommend suitable materials including galvanized steel, stainless steel (304 or 316), and aluminum alloys. Surface treatments may include powder coating, anodizing, or hot-dip galvanizing.

2. Programming & Preparation
2D Flat Pattern: Engineers convert 3D model into 2D flat pattern for laser cutting or CNC punching with precise calculations for accurate final dimensions.
