(1) Requirement Confirmation
Confirm enclosure specifications including overall dimensions, material type and thickness, honeycomb hole pattern and size, mounting method, surface finish, protection requirements, order quantity, and delivery schedule.
(2) Drawing & File Review
Receive 2D drawings or 3D models detailing enclosure structure, ventilation areas, mounting holes, bends, and assembly interfaces.
(3) DFM Analysis
Analyze the design for sheet metal fabrication feasibility, ensuring ventilation performance, structural strength, and compatibility with industrial control panel installation.
(1) Material Selection

(2) Punching & Forming Planning

Inspect key dimensions, ventilation hole consistency, bend angles, and mounting features using calipers and gauges. Assembly fit checks are performed when required.
